How we doing everybody! If anyone wants In season workouts, please let me know and I will post and/or send you some. With plyometrics, core, and flexibility being a staple in the workouts- I am a fan of TRX workouts for in season maintenance. I suggest that if you have a routine or know of a routine to share so we can get everyone better and keep everybody on the field.
